Time For Me

When we got home from school Jingles was in the same spot she was in when we left this morning.  What a life!
I shall not clean today (except for the stuff that needs to be done).  My plan is to finish up a cross-stitching I started over the weekend to match the dishcloth I crocheted.
Maybe I'll even have time to start something new.
Have a great week!

  2. Dear Tammy ,
I think we sometimes need to let the rest of our obligations and to spend a few moments to ourselves. So it goes with more courage for the difficult ...
    Have a nice week

  3. Jingles is just so precious. :) Every time I see him it makes me smile.

Glad you had some time to yourself. I don't clean much, but laundry and cooking dinner do seem to take up a lot of time.

Hope you have a blessed week,
    Linda

  8. Yes, animals are funny that way. LOL They know how to find their 'querencia'. Sometimes we need to work on that more I think.
    Savor the day!:)

  9. Hi Tammy,

What a life Jingles has, sleeping and relaxing all day. We can learn a lot from a cat and yes, sometimes housework can wait until another day.
Love the little Tea for two cross stitch.

    Happy week
    Hugs

  10. What a sweet little cross-stitch. Of course you'll know I love it --- it's all about tea!

Today I took my crochet project to quilt guild meeting (instead of a quilt!). Two seasoned crochet ladies kindly offered to help me with several "glitches" I've been having. They were most helpful and I'm set to roll again! I'm still making your dishcloth pattern --- but now know how to switch colors in a better way --- and how to stitch in the looks rather than around the whole cluster ;0 ~ There are some things that an instruction sheet just can't tell a person! I'll post a picture on my blog for you soon --- still stitchin'!

Your cross-stitch is looking lovely, Tammy and it does blend well with the crochet dish cloth.

    Pretty flower pic too!

  12. Hi Tammy...good to hear from you. How are you? I haven't cross stitched in a long time...I think you might have inspired me. I've been working really hard out there in that barn...but it never looks like I make much progress. I'll just keep at it!
Hope all is well with you!
