International Chocolate Day

Did you know today is International Chocolate Day?

I didn't until members of our Student Led Council came around giving out KitKats to everyone this afternoon.

So in honor of the day, I came home and made brownies.

Yum! If you need a chocolate fix, you can visit my cousin's blog White Turquoise Chocolate. Her post today is all about the dark stuff.

Hope you are having a terrific Tuesday in your corner of the world. Peace & blessings, Tammy

  1. I stopped by because I missed you last week on Tea Tuesday. I was delighted to be able to catch up with your trip to Paris. And celebrating chocolate is always a good thing. I may even have to have some today, if I can find where I hid that last Hershey Kiss (grin).

  4. I forgot to mention (after reading about your new plants) that your heat is even more intense than ours. We are finally under 100 plus degrees F, but not by much. Yesterday was 99 and my garden is brown! Good luck with yours. I can relate to that kind of heat sickness, too.

  15. What a delicious day to celebrate ~ :)

Kit-Kats used to be my most favourite chocolate of all until, one day, I found something in one that shouldn't have been in there and I'd already eaten half the bar. I have never been able to eat a Kit-Kat since. :( I still LOVE chocolate though, particularly the Australian/UK Cadburys range which is different to the American Cadburys.

I'm off to check out the link...thanks.

    Have a lovely day/evening,
    Serena xo

  16. KitKat is my favorite candy bar!! And brownies are my favorite homemade treat!

I'm sorry it's still so hot there! A brownie and a cold glass of milk is a brief consolation :(

    Happy chocolate day!
