Good Friday!

I hope everyone has had a great start to their Good Friday!

We continue to have days of haze.

Jingles can't quite understand why she has to view the world from a window.

On a sunny day, she loves nothing more than rolling around outside soaking up some rays.

But on dreary, drab days, I love nothing more than having quiet time with hook and yarn.

In quiet moments when you think about it, you recognize what is critically important in life and what isn't. Be wise and don't let good things crowd out those that are essential. (Elder Richard G. Scott)
Sending good wishes your way for a wonderful day. Blessings, Tammy

  3. Hello Tammy!
My Good Friday was an excellent one as I had lunch with some close friends....prawns and pasta.

  4. Hello dearest Tammy! Oh - allways that haze... (When we visited the Taj Mahal it looked a little bit like this.... But in my India-trip report it's "the day BEFORE Taj Mahal" ;o)) I wish you a fine Good Friday - and generally wonderful Easter Days! Best wishes, Traude

  5. Good Friday blessings to you and yours.

It's thundering here and it looks to be another very stormy day, hopefully no tornadoes though the threat is always with us at this time of year. I'm here alone. Jim and Sarah are away on trips. I'm planning to make a strawberry coffee cake in a moment so long as I don't lose the electricity. We always seem to have dreary weather on Good Friday, which seems fitting to me considering the historical event of this day of my Lord.

Sorry you're still having haze. Hope your day and weekend go well.

  12. Hello Tammy.
Have not been out visiting old friends as much lately, or even posting as much.
Just busy with new room at the store I guess.

Love that picutre of the kitty in he window.
Seems like some very deep thoughts should come from that, but not quite getting through to me.

Do love the quote at the end of your post, and so true.
Lord help me to slow down, and see what is really important in life.

blessings Tammy, and rejoicing as we celebrate a risen Savior.

  25. Tammy- that Jingles kitty is a sweetie! So sorry about the haze- I can imagine that does get old after while-- but any excuse to quietly sit and knit would make me happy!
