Tea on Tuesday

Tuesday tidings to one and all. Martha at Martha's Favorites is having Teacup Tuesday over at her place and Rhondi at Rose Colored Glasses is having her own little Tea Party. I thought I would join both of these ladies and their festivities on this beautiful Tuesday afternoon.

However, my tea party did not take place today and I do not own these pieces. I took this picture during our trip to Sri Lanka on the day that we visited the Elephant Orphanage. We went to a lovely restaurant called Elephant Bay Restaurant.

with a grand entrance ...

and an equally impressive interior.

Where we were able to dine by the river

with fantastic views of elephants enjoying a cool dip in the water.

Even a crow stopped by to check out the view (and the food).

I hope you enjoyed your visit today and tea by the bay! Peace & blessings, Tammy

  10. I am thinking that is one cup of tea you won't be forgetting anytime soon... What an amazing experience to sit and watch things like elephants bathing while eating lunch. The only animals I can view from our dining table are my hummers. I hope your boys can appreciate what a special trip this was with everything that you saw and did. Good for all of you!!

    Love ya,
