Tuesday Tidings

"If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth." (Mitsugi Saotome)

It always takes me a few days to get back into the swing of things. We had two and a half weeks off from school and it was glorious. Now I have to fit the every day of life into the hours of the days that I am given. Not always an easy task and some times I look at the clock and think "where did the time go"? Now it is time to hit the hay as tomorrow is another day. Hope that you are finding time to do all that your heart desires. Peace & blessings, Tammy

  2. You are speaking to me on this one!
My son goes to Preschool in the afternoon and everyday when I go to pick him up, I am asking myself "where did the time go?" What on Earth was I doing while he was gone? LOL

    Have a great day,
    ~Amy

  6. Tammy I love the quote. No truer words. Boy, you are so right about it taking awhile to get back into the swing of things. I hope I get my act together soon.

  7. Wonderful quote. Hubby keeps a written journal so that he can look back at his week and see what it is exactly that he did. Me? I blog. :)
    Have a beautiful day, Tammy!

  11. Hi Tammy! You're such a sweetie for checking in on me. I really really appreciate it. I've finally gotten a chance to catch up with your blog a little bit. Sorry about your car. Mine has a dent in the right rear wheel well where someone backed into it or something. WHILE it was parked. I was steaming mad as it's (was) a new car. Of course, we have no idea who did it.
Your kitty is indeed a lucky one. Those feral cats do just seem to multiply like crazy.

  12. Hi Tammy,

Lovely to catch up with you and sorry that the holidays have come to an end, for you.
It is hard to get back into things, I am finding the same.
    Lovely quote and candle holders.

    Happy week
    Hugs

  13. Hello, Tammy,
You always have the most beautiful quotes!! Thank you for sharing. Yes, it was back to work for me, but I really can't complain as I only tutor two days a week at my school. I really enjoy it, too. But it is hard to get out of that warm bed on a cold morning. I hope your week is going well, my dear and sweet friend. Thank you for always stopping by for a visit!! Vicki

  15. Hi Tammy,
So many things to do so little time. What can we do? We shouldn't try to fight it...just enjoy it to the max. Love your little crochet votive cozies. Have an awesome day.

    Hugs and Kisses,
    ♥Ana

  16. I laughed to read your post today, as I am feeling the exact same way today. I have been so busy all week running around taking care of things. It all caught up with me, and today, I have no energy whatsoever. I have used the day to read, catch up on some paperwork that has been sitting on my counter for weeks, and then cross stitching. Nice to have a lazy day every once in a while. Hope you are finding time to get your things done!!
