Sunday Salutations

More crafting was done today than actual cleaning. It's 8:20 pm and I'm still in pjs. I have saved so many jars that now need makeovers.
A little friendship book for someone special.

The decoupaged bottle of bath salts with other pink goodies ...

all bundled up in a former cocoa mix box that also got a makeover.

Now I need to go clean up all the messes I've made. Hope you are having a super Sunday! Tammy

  1. HI TAMMY,
DID YOU CROCHET THE COVERS ON THE JARS? THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. I REMEMBER RAY'S MOM TRIED TO TEACH ME TO CROCHET. WHAT A DISASTER. WE GOT A GOOD LAUGH OUT OF WHAT I DONE. IT WAS A ROYAL MESS. BUT AT LEAST I TRIED. NOT MY THING I GUESS.
HOPE YOU HAD A MERRY CHRISTMAS.
HAVE A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR.
    LOVE KAY

  2. Tammy ~ Well, I'm just amazed at how pretty you made the little saved empty jars - you really created something lovely out of them. I may have to follow your lead on that and find my jars and create too. Thanks for the inspiration.

So nice and hospitable of your family to entertain the couple from India on Christmas - very kind.

I do hope Jingles had a fun Christmas and got to hear his special "Jingle Bells" carol. TeeHee.

  6. Darn it Tammy, that's how I should have spent my day today! Crafting would have been a lot more fun than the cleaning up I did. Your creations are just lovely and maybe I will be inspired to do more tomorrow. Your new banner is so pretty!

  10. You are just too crafty for me. I can't believe how creative you have become with all your recycled items. They turn out SO lovely and I know that whoever recieves them will feel all the love that you put into making them. How wonderful to know that your day was spent crafting and being creative. I hope the rest of your week brings you more of the same.
