What are people thinking?? Even when I take Piper for our walks by that little pond in the woods, I can't let her off lead until we are well away from the little parking area, because of course she is fascinated by every empty junkfood container, plastic cup, paper towel and (ugh!) disposable diaper left there by some thoughtless person.
(I had to go back and delete three times before a harsher word could be softened down into "person." Littering REALLY annoys me!)
On a much happier note, I agree about the necessity of providing that little piece of paradise for Jingles! And it's nice that you can share it, too! :)Quinnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17292701509476856967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8263927360240129050.post-12331089330516355372014-04-22T22:39:43.867+03:002014-04-22T22:39:43.867+03:00Tammy,

In India we saw this problem, too - and for us, who we are used to relatively clean streets in Central Europe, the sight sometimes was staggering. My friend Monika took lots of trash-photos to show them to her mother and sister because she wanted to be able to illustrate this problem to them...
Love and Happy Easter, my dear!
Traude
♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥ ✿ ♥Rostrosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15901976103765887360noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8263927360240129050.post-41777309281031113932014-04-20T10:20:10.608+03:002014-04-20T10:20:10.608+03:00i love that you do what you do tammy, i think i...i love that you do what you do tammy, i think i'd be the same, it would be impossible to wait for others. it looks really nice, all your efforts are the best reward. and your kitty jingle in the pot is the cutest thing i've ever seen!Lori annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02860428306713379828noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8263927360240129050.post-39599999986316741952014-04-20T06:20:05.637+03:002014-04-20T06:20:05.637+03:00Dearest Tammy,

Worker bees do well, except in the heat when you probably did not drink enough water. Bending down a bit too much also does the trick... Whe...I know how you feel about garbage everywhere. Whenever the snow melts here, there's always lots of garbage that has been trapped in the snow and ice all winter. I'm glad the people on my small street keep it relatively tidy, but the neighbourhood behind me isn't that respectful of the environment and just let the garbage fly. The little burst of green tree against the concrete walls looks quite nice :) A breathing space. The blooms on your other flowers are gorgeous, and I can't wait to get some green and colour outside here again!
