I finished another cowl.
That now makes three using the Caterina Cowl pattern from Fiber Flux.
And in the week leading up to Valentine's, I made a whole lotta hearts.
Using whatever bits of yarn I had on hand.
A friend was struggling with a printed pattern for hearts that started from a granny square. I told her I was pretty sure that without a pattern, I could figure out how to make a heart, and so the obsession began. Very easy to whip up and makes a great little gift or even a gift topper, so I will continue to make them and spread the love.
Linking up to Linda's Crafty Corner and all the other February stashbusters.
I hope you are having a lovely love-filled weekend.
Hugs and blessings,

All of your cowls are so wonderful. I really love to make them, but have a hard time wearing them unless my hair is up. Now keep in mind that does not prevent me from making them for myself all the time.
ReplyDeleteLove your hearts. Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day.

ReplyDeleteLooks like you figured it out, alright - what a sweet collection of hearts!
ReplyDeleteWow, you're creating up a storm, aren't you? Good job on the hearts.. the world cannot have too many hearts, can it? We're having a sunny warm day while the rest of the US seems to be expecting "snow-mageddon"! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteLovely items.
ReplyDeleteThe only stash busting here going on is, cleaning out more cabinets and getting rid of junk. I've had so much energy this past month, that I've been making improvements all around our house.
Hope you enjoy a nice week.

ReplyDeleteI love your cowls Tammy - I should try some too as I'm tired of knitting long scarves, although they do help keep my hands active when watching a movie during these cold evenings.
ReplyDeleteHuge Arctic blast due to hit our area later today - maybe some snow and sleet, but perhaps just ice which will be much worse as the power lines may come down……….and it's freezing here even with the heat working!!
Hugs - Mary
