Yesterday I went to visit a friend after school.
Her place is always very cozy and serene with pretty little vignettes that reflect the season.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch of fish flavored with cumin and honey, pasta alfredo sprinkled with parsley and sauteed spinach with sesame seeds.
Then had a delicious dessert of ginger cake served with brandy cream and green tea.
She gifted me with this beautiful teatowel with a sentiment that is oh so true.

Oh, it's funny - today I had fish and spinach too (and potatoes) - but "fish flavored with cumin and honey" sounds really great - I will try it soon!!! (I used garlic, lemon, pepper & Herbamare-salt, I don't know the english name of it, it's sea-salt spiced with herbs...)
