Bright Spots

Today was Zack's last day of middle school.
And blue skies were back.
Although I  still have to work until the 14th, it's wonderful knowing that there's no more washing of uniforms, making of breakfasts and rushing out the door by 7:00 a.m.
I had to pick Zack up from a friend's this evening and when I rounded the corner, the full moon was just ahead of me, so bright and beautiful.  Unfortunately, even though I tried every single setting on my camera, I just could not get that perfect shot.
It just looks like a dot of light in the sky unless I really zoom in.
This day has been super duper busy and I'm feeling extra tired so off to bed I go.

Goodnight friends.  Goodnight moon!

  11. Dearest Tammy,

Great milestone for Zack and you did capture the moon nicely. Things don't have to be perfectly all the time!
Just finished eating your delicious soup and you can read about it in my post... Did give you a shout out.
Love to you and I'm so glad that the sky has cleared up. A big smile indeed!

  12. Dearest Tammy,

As for the plucking of the cilantro leaves... When it is not the greatest and freshest quality you have to leaf through them and I find that tedious! Today we had very good quality!
    Love to you,

    Mariette

  19. Happy Summer to Zach! The moon picture is gorgeous...looks great to me! The moon shines in on my bed at night and I love it. Moon bathing I call it and I don't have to put on any sun screen.
So glad you're getting a little break from the pressures of everyday family life. I love change and variety yet I like a routine also...they each have their place.
I'm happy your skies are blue and the dust is gone! What are you going to do with your summer off?
    Have a great day!
