Simple Pleasures: A Big Bowl and lots of milk

I know I've mentioned this before, but it is something that I seriously crave ...

sometimes for dinner, sometimes for a snack ...

a big bowl of Special K with frozen mixed berries, walnuts and lots of cold skim milk.

It's like having a big bowl of dessert without the guilt. Delicious and healthy!

Have a healthy, happy day! Friendship blessings, Tammy

  27. Dearest Tammy,

Funny but Europeans go more for the plain yogurt with fruits; not milk... Love the Greek yogurt (no fat version) with lots of fruits! Healthy for sure.

    Love to you,
