  2. Hi Tammy,
Oh, what a great quote. It's quite difficult to do these days with all the different media calling for our attention. On top of that, I can't stop multi-tasking! Good words to live by.

    Happy Sunday,
    Sharon :-)

  3. I love my life ~ sometimes I'm just amazed at how interesting it is and feel entirely blessed.

Thankful this weekend, that we don't go back to work/school until Tuesday. It's going to be a noisy Sunday evening here though... all 4 of our "Florida Girls" will be here spending the night and it will be a wild girl time, just in time for husband's return home from his 12-hour drive.

  6. Hi Tammy,
I am having a lovely silent Sunday here myself. I love Sundays, and I sense that you fell the same way about them.
I LOVED your Simple Sat. post and anyone that has olives for breakfast is number one in my book!
Now...for the rest of the week...I wish you more simplicity and silence. Two things that have the power to keep us centered in life. (but you already know this, and that is what makes you special)!

  10. Beautiful quote. I have been out looking for little spurts of green in the flower garden. Found a few. I love my silence too Tammy. It is what keeps me centered and able to deal with anything, like a young newly divorced daughter moving back home. Never know what will happen. Thanks for your visits dear woman.

  13. terrific quote. The world now is so loud and fast compared to when I was a child. I get swept away by everything that HAS to be done NOW...I'm sure the generations before me feel the same way though.....
