A Perfectly Pleasant Day

Coffee with friends.

A trip to the craft store.

Salmon pizza and salad for lunch.

Time to crochet a Valentine bag and alter a notebook.

Tomorrow will be Mona's last day in Kuwait before heading back to Lebanon. It's been so nice spending time with her again.

Hope everyone is having an extra special day wherever you are and whatever you are doing. Friendship blessings, Tammy

  6. Dearest Tammy & Mona,

Well, happy times together do end way too soon but it's the memories that last inside the heart. They nourish our souls and pull us through times with little sunshine in our days. Oh, the yummy cookies she brought you are the best in the world. I love rose water and keep a bottle in the fridge. The Middle East has the best cookies and that with the Amaretti from Italy creates a bit of heaven... Add a cappuccino and you've landed on cloud nine.
Have a great Sunday and hug Mona tight goodbye. Wish her a safe journey.

    Lots of love,

    Mariette

  8. I've never had that kind of pizza! You sure manage to find time to get a lot done. Must be you're younger, is why. (Just let me think that...)

  12. That really does look like the perfect day. We have Pizza Express here, but I have not had salmon pizza there since coming. I want to go now that I you mentioned it!
Mona looks wonderful. It made me smile to see her in a winter coat, as I have not had a coat on in almost a year now.
Glad you had such a wonderful visit. Please give Mona my best!!

    Have a wonderful Sunday!
