Austrian Arrival

On July 31st, Traude of Rostrose in Austria announced a giveaway to celebrate one year of blogging. I was one of three lucky winners and this morning my giveaway package arrived.

I was so very happy to see that it made it here in great shape after a journey of about 5 weeks.

All the little details made it even more special. A handwritten note on this paper doily, tied up with jute and embellished with a pretty little graphic.

Postcards that she designed herself.

Lovely little wooden and cork ornaments.

And then her beautiful collage. Photos do not do it justice. The colors and design are gorgeous and go perfectly in my bedroom.

THANK YOU Traude from the bottom of my heart. I love everything and will cherish them all. But most of all, I am so happy to have met you through this wonderful world of blogging.

With a grateful heart, I wish each and every one a beautiful day! Friendship blessings, Tammy

  8. Dearest Tammy,

Well those treasures were well worth the long wait!
Mail nowadays is by far not anymore what it used to be; sadly for all of us living far away from certain loved ones and friends. Good thing there's Internet...
