Great Things Come in Small Packages

On Monday September 13th, Creative Carmelina posted about her wonderful envelopes made from magazine pages.

One of those envelopes had my name on it and arrived today!

As I opened it, I found a sweet little note ... a sticker made from one of her original watercolors ...

and these beautiful sketches that I can't wait to frame!

I am always astounded at what Carmelina creates. She can take the simplest objects and supplies and create something absolutely incredible! Thank you CC! I LOVE my sweet and beautiful surprises and will save each little bit!

Hope everyone is having a terrific Tuesday! Friendship blessings, Tammy

  9. Hello Tammy! sorry I'm so late in getting here.....but wow..thanks so much for posting about this...it was my absolute pleasure to send you a sweet thankyou for your original kindness to me!

I am thrilled that you like my package...the sketches were done by the side of the road...my hubby and I drive around until we see inspiration and pull over and begin drawing right in our car....it's quite a romantic, and artistic adventure! and now you have a piece of it too....actually, you have two pieces of it!

have yourself a wonderful day Tammy!

  11. What a wonderful surprise to get such a lovely letter, all made from hand. I am in awe of people who have so much talent. The envelope from a magazing page is such a unique idea, and the sketches are AMAZING. The fact that they are of barns makes me think of my parents' barn in Honeoye. What a lovely thing.
    Love ya,
    Renee
