I grew up drinking fresh spring water, and can tell the difference between it and other waters instantly. I can even smell water, whether from a lake or sprinkler. Now that I'm in town, I still drink more water than anything else, but it's not the same as that spring water in the country. Of course...That's incredible about the water. <br /><br />Of course, we don't have that kind of heat, but it's all what one is accustomed to, and although our temps have been more mild this July/August, there have been plenty of days where the humidity factor is just too much for me to bear. I actually like warmer weather, but when the humidity is 100%, it's very uncomfortable for me. <br /><br />Good for you though on keeping up the walking! I do mine most days depending on my schedule.
